Items are guaranteed to be free of defects. Upon receipt of any damaged goods through shipment, save the original packaging, document any damages (photos, etc.). Contact us immediately for an RA#. (Returns cannot be accepted without this number). If unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned in their original packaging, unused. However you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Defective items will be exchanged for the same product. Items returned without defects past 5 days of initial purchase, will be issued a store credit.
To return items, first, you will need to contact us for an RA#. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your return label. Please do not return items without contacting us first and without an RA#. Please contact us with any questions regarding our returns procedure.
